Sunset 5th graders had the opportunity to attend Ag Day for their first field trip of the school year.
Mateo, Gavin, and Carter from Mr. Gaskill's class shared that they got to learn about gardening, farming and farm equipment, weather, electricity, and bees.
Our favorite part of the day was probably the hay bale challenge or the lassoing because both were a lot of fun!
The 5th graders found that learning about combines and how they worked was also a really interesting part of the day.
We're so happy that our students got to attend this wonderful field trip!
