What is the ASQ?

The ASQ, or Ages & Stages Questionnaire, is a screening tool for children from birth to age six. It provides reliable, accurate developmental and social-emotional screening for children between birth and age 6. Parents answer questions about their child's abilities. At USD305, we have the parents/guardians of all incoming preschool and kindergarten students complete the ASQ.
